Eh. You could probably use google to search through them... or save the pages as docs on your comp. I like digging through cause I miss lots of things due to AADHD.

So I was playing Super Robot Wars K a couple days ago and noticed that Gun X Sword was one of the shows represented. I was like "I got the show on my computer.. why don't I watch it?"
10 episodes into the dub, and needless to say, I'm never leaving an anime just sitting on my computer ever again, ever. Phenomenal. Had about the right mix of everything.
Only problem I had was that early on, the fights didn't last, like, 10 seconds before Van completely pwned them, but even that was remedied.

So hey, maybe I'll try catching up with this thread, given that it's been around for like two years. Best Buy was recently clearancing off a lot of its anime, and I got a bunch of stuff cheap like eps 1-20 of Gurren Lagann, 1-15 of Code Geass, 1-25 of Death Note, 1-13 of Black Lagoon, and all of Ghost in the Shell (the TV series), Mushi-shi, Berserk, and Kino's Journey. Time to start watching! I really haven't followed anything remotely for years, except a few eps of the Tales of the Abyss anime, which was surprisingly decent.

Priority #1 should be given to Gurren Lagann.

Watching Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni and Minami-ke. Both POLAR opposites, it is AWESOME.

Watching Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni and Minami-ke. Both POLAR opposites, it is AWESOME. I actually really enjoyed Higurashi back when I watched it despite the fact that it really wasn't something I expected to like. I strongly reccomend it- if you're all interested in it, the first four episodes form a mostly self-contained story that's a pretty good representation of what the series is like. - HC

I'm halfway through the second story, Cotton Drifting, and enjoying it quite a bit. It is really good stuff, although the animation is yucky. I can live with that though.

I watched a couple eps of that once long ago, never did get around to finishing it.
All I remembered was that there was blood, like, everywhere.

I'm actually starting Higurashi in a few minutes. Here's to living up to the hype!

The first four episodes are KIND of a good indication of what the first Higurashi season is like... but NOT a good indication of what the OVERALL series is like, if the second season is to be included. The second season of Higurashi is simply brilliant... I won't spoil anything, but I do want to say this: there are times when Higurashi may feel like it's being thrown together haphazardly, or like the individual story arcs are pointless and unnecessary... but they're not. Every piece of information you learn from every story arc has its place in the overarching mystery, and everything is done with a purpose behind it. And in the end, pretty much EVERYTHING is explained, thoroughly... and you'll be absolutely shocked when you learn what's really going on in the town of Hinamizawa.
Best mystery series EVER, I swear.

With all this Higurashism here, we'll all have a lot to talk about!

I actually didn't watch all of Higu Kai... I got kind of angry that they left so many open plot threads after the first season and spoiled myself on the ending with Wikipedia.
Higu isn't nearly as entertaining when you've got a pretty good idea of what's really going on. :/

ETA: I also got a distinct vibe that most of the remaining storylines in that series were going to be about Rika and Satoko, neither of whom I found particularly interesting or compelling characters, so...

Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei is hilarious.
That is all.
