Japanese translation request

"What?" as in "What do you want translated?", or "What are you saying?" It's not exactly clear which.
In the case of the former, it's Power Lode Runner; here's a video of the intro. (I need to create some videos of the conversations with the spirits, as well as the "endings" at 80% village completion and 100% village completion; no, that video I just linked to isn't mine.) What I do know is that our cute little blue protagonist Muguru is gathering materials to make a village on an island in the middle of nowhere; what I don't know is why he's doing it. I mean, you don't just build a village in the middle of an island in the middle of nowhere without having some sort of motive...
