Humbly in my opinion Advent Rising has a superb soundtrack, produced by Tommy Talerico, I haven't heard knowingly a lot of his other stuff but the team who put together Advent Risings did a brilliant job. Just a bit of backstory on the game, it's a 'Epic' Sci-Fi adventure, which seems to have been unanimously shot down by critics (I could say something about them not being paid off to review it but I won't). It's true that both versions can be bugged and crash (the X-Box more so). But the game itself is brilliant and the abilities, weapons and controls are well realised. It has a few dramatic and well composed scenes (both on and off Cutscenes). Anyway, enough of my ramblings, I've uploaded a sample of the Title screen, Ending and *Sadness* themes. The game runs on one of the Unreal engines so if there's an actual demand Ill upload the rest of the soundtrack. Copy paste website to avoid trackbacks. www.megaupload.com/?d=TBODVF6V

So that's who did Advent Rising's soundtrack! I've got one MP3 lying around that a friend sent me that has no artist name on it...

You know I bought this soundtrack and barely listened to it. Perhaps I should.
I've heard mixed things about the game - namely, that it's good but very buggy. The Xbox version is in sub-$20 range, is that worth it?

Eh...it's kinda worth it, the game itself is but the X-box version espcially is rather buggy. You also need to do the cache clearing trick (3 games) otherwise it can keep getting worse.

It was supposedly part of an epic trilogy and had a win 10000 dollars over xbox live or something. Until the contest mysteriously crashed and the "Trilogy" idea went downhill. It was a fun game but suffered the same unrealized fate as beyond good and evil
