Hey all, I'm back after a little hiatus (although you probably didn't notice), and I'm wondering what the exact emulation compatibility (doesn't need to tell which games) is for FBA and Raine. I really wanna play Ninja Turtles, but don't wanna just try every emulator and I thought this way I could kill two birds with one stone.

Ninja Turtles arcade is playable on any arcade emulator that plays old Konami games. I don't think Raine or FBA has those games playable.
Just use MAME and you'll be set.

I would, but I can't set the controls for my Logitech Dual Action gamepad. Am I doing anything wrong, or should I just use jtk? Oh and what emulator can run the Raiden series and that spinoff series? I'm mostly asking for a place with FULL COMPATIBILITY lists for arcade emus.

MAMEUI (previously MAME32) is the emulator you want. The emu should recognize any controller you plug in, just go to the options and make sure it's all fine and enabled.
The Raiden series is not completely emulated yet. You can only play Raiden and Raiden Fighters 1 & 2.

I tried but it still didn't work... it didn't even set into the input thing. I'm using logitech dual action controller, it's got no rumble if that matters... I can't think of anything else to do.

Read the help file that comes with MAME. I've got a generic crappy no name 1997 controller with no online support, documentation or installation files and it works great on everything. Surely a joystick like that should work on everything too.

Alright, I missed that. I'll check it out, and get back to you.
EDIT: Still didn't work, I've now tried editing it manually (although it's my first time do any coding type stuff.) So yeah, I have no idea.

I actually tried that too, and it just didn't work... I honestly don't understand. I'll try once more.

Okay, going into great detail...
First, check and make sure your gamepad is actually recognized by Windows. - Go into the Control Panel. - Open Game Controllers. - Make sure your controller is in the list, and check the Properties as well to make sure it's working.
Now that you've done that, open your MAME32/MAMEUI/whatever. - Options -> Default Game Options... - Go to the Controllers section. - Make sure Enable Joystick Input is checked. - Run your game. - In the Tab menu, have a look at Input (This Game) and make sure the Player 1 controls are all set up to your gamepad (should all say something to the effect of Joy 1 Up, Joy 1 Button 1, etc).

I honestly cannot believe it. I forgot to check the Enable Joystick Input box! Geez. Well I'm having fun but cannot set my start and coin, but whatever.

If you press TAB ingame you can see what keys do what and you can change them to whatever you want. I guess this is the first time using MAME if you are feeling so lost?
