Speaking of mistakes, here's a few I've noticed. Not all of them are necessarily grammar mistakes though.
From the Ghouls 'n Ghosts
As Arthur and Princess Prin-Prin approach each other in front of what I'm assuming are the castle's walls, a laser beam (or something) strikes Princess Prin-Prin and then vaporizes Arthur's horse (!!!). A giant monster appears above and kidnaps Princess Prin-Prin, and Arthur sets out to rescue her.
She isn't kidnapped per se, she's actually killed in the game. The whole game is really about restoring her and the villagers back to life by destroying Lucifer (hence why you see her soul entering her body at the end of the game).
From the same article, about Makaimura for WonderSwan
Maybe I missed something, but I believe that means that this is the first time Princess Prin-Prin actually doesn't get kidnapped. No way could I have seen that coming!
This paragraph is right next to a screenshot showing a pair of Red Arremers, one of them flying off with the Princess. Did I missed something here?
From the Days of Memories article
In the second chapter, you star as a college student with his own bachelor bad.
I'm pretty certain the author bachelor pad.
From the Slam Masters article
A reckless ill-tempered friend and rival of Biff Slamkovich. Rumored to be a brother to Guile from Street Fighter, though Capcom has said this is not the case. If Biff is Slam Master's Ryu, Gunloc is it's Ken. They have similar, but not identical, movesets.
This needs to be clarified a bit more. Capcom of Japan never said "this is not the case", because they never acknowledge Gunloc's "rumored relationship with a famous Street Fighter" in the first place. This was a localization liberty taken by Capcom USA when they released Slam Masters (which the game had plenty).
