Considering I generally see MvC2 US for 25 dollars (DC version, duh!) would 20 dollars be okay? I'm not willing to pay more for a handicap.

Nah the sleeve isn't in that good condition, never looked in it myself, though I dit got a quick look when someone brought it to a Third Strike Tournament, doesn't look that interesting to be honest. It does have exstensive information about Capcom fighters, none of which I can read.
