OK. I need instructions. VERY simple instructions. Instructions that assume I'm mentally retarded, because at this point, I need it.
I'm a veteran to emulation. I've gotten ePSXe to work fine, so why can't I get the Saturn to work. I've tried every Saturn emulator there is, I just can't get anything to work. The furthest I can get is the CD player screen, which is in Japanese. Even though I've loaded a US bio into the emulator.
Please, this damn thing is driving me nuts! Can somebody help me out here! :/

Saturn needs a damn good/up to date PC to get going.

SSF is the best, but as r0ck3rz said they all need a decent PC to run well. Having said that, that doesn't sound like your problem. Whihc emulator are you using and how have you got it set up?

Use SSF and make sure you have a Pentium 4 CPU and up to be able to boot the emu.

It's very simple.
Download SSF.
Download the Saturn BIOS and put them in the root folder of SSF.
Open SSF and click on the drop-down menu labeled "Option(O)", and then click on "Option(O)" in that menu.
Click "Browse" where it says "Saturn BIOS" and select the BIOS you placed in the root folder of SSF.
Leave ST-V blank.
Select the CD drive that you will be loading the discs from (Note that if you have a disc image on your computer, you have to mount it using a virtual drive. I won't explain how to do that now, but if you don't know how, feel free to ask).
Select what area code you'll need.
Customize the rest of the settings to you preference and hit OK.
Insert your disc into your drive, and reset SSF. Your disc should load.
