hg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/americandream/americandream.htmThis game is absurd. It must've been made with vaguely pure intentions, since it's a spin-off of the Pachio-kun series, where you play as a pachinko ball walking around the neighborhood, and...well, playing pachinko. Except here, you fly to America and spend all day playing slots. That's truly the American Dream right there then, according to the developers. You can also get a gun. That picture is great.

Japan seems to have misunderstood New York's nickname, 'The Concrete Jungle" when they made this...

I hope you don't mind a newbie pointing out a slightly confusing line: "But at least putting it some kind of context" Do you mean "Putting IN some kind of context"? Anyway, fun article. I always wait for the updates on the main page.

Also there's "and a few other select area". Not too far off from Casino Kid or Wall Street Kid, is it? (The latter has also inspired some "poetic" ramblings.)

Cool article! I haven't heard of this, but, at first, I was wondering if it was related to Vegas Dream because of the similar title. No relation aside from both having slots. Vegas Dream was called Viva LasVegas in Japan. American Dream looks just plain crazy!

Guns are vital to the american dream, as noted in the Constitution. It's one of the first things you own before having a wife and kids, 2-garage house with white picket fence, two all-terrain SUVs to drive in the city, and 10 credit cards. Great article.

This game is by far the most accurate portrayal of American culture in a Japanese game since Tengai Makyo IV: The Apocalypse.

You can also get a gun. That picture is great. And point it at a black man no less.
