Have you been busy or have people not been submitting anything?

A mixture of stuff. There's a really nice Quintet article that covers the three "Heaven and Earth" games along with Granstream Saga - that's basically finished, though I'm not sure whether to post it now or wait until I get it filled out with Robotrek and the Actraisers. I'll probably at least post up a preview here later. As for others, there's a lot of stuff I've been working on in the background. Final Fantasy 6: hg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/finalfantasy/ff6.htmAnother part of that "listen to me ramble incoherently about Final Fantasy for way too long" series. And it's still not done - need to write more stuff about the GBA game and edit it up. I want to do 5 and 10 eventually, at least. Summon Night: hg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/summonnight/summonnight.htmHonestly I'll be happy when these are all done. I started buying these up like a year and a half ago, and finally decided to finish them. They're not bad games, but they're really uninspired overall, and playing through even the first few hours just to get screens has been really trying my patience. Only up right now is a bunch of images, a mostly full intro, and some semi-written maybe placeholder text. Legend of Heroes: hg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/loh/loh.htmhg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/loh/loh3.htmhg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/loh/loh4.htmAnother one I've been working on for way too long. Kinda got stalled because my scanner at work broke and I can't scan the manual to the most recent game. Also, same deal with Summon Night - OK games, but they're really generic, and I'm just ending up getting burnt out on them. Also, I need to flesh out the first game (wrote that part like a year ago) and actually play the second one. And I still haven't touched the sixth game. Right now I'd just rather play Gurumin. There's also a pretty good Yie Air Kung Fu article that ZZZ submitted, but it still needs editing/formatting/pictures/pretty much everything.

Great. I'm reading the FF6 one right now. Weird you actually started articles for the FF games. I hope you do them all eventually, especially FF4, which is my favorite. The hero is actually evil? Alleged last boss is your brother? Party members that die? Check, check, check.
BTW, on the FF6 article you said this: "The story refocuses after an undetermined (??) amount of time, focusing on the young soldier Celes"
If I recall correctly 1 year passed between the floating continent and the World of Ruin.
And you seemed to have avoided mentioning the Emperor Ghestal. I don't know about you but I always thought the emperor was going to be the last boss, until Kefka killed him and destroyed the world. That was shocking.
You also included portraits of all the characters, including Kefka. But you didn't include there General Leo or the other temp characters such as Vicks, wedge, Banon, the Ghost, etc. I know the article is WIP, but just in case you forgot them.
Don't forget to mention the uproar the death and possible revival of General Leo started back in those days. It's the same thing that happened with FF7 and the death and possible revival of Aeris, but on a much lower scale considering the small amount of RPG fans back then. But percentage-wise, the "Leo reving topics" on 1994 were on par with the "Aeris reviving topics" in 1997.

"The whole scene was turned into a real twenty-two (GET LENGTH) opera which can be found on a few different CDs"
From my FF3 OST, 15.3 minutes from the minute the opera starts (Overture, before controlling Celes) to the fight with Ultros (Grand Finale).

Here's something that could be mentioned in LoH1 article: The POWER magics are stackable. In a battle, cast them on one of your characters multiple times, then attack with that guy for MASSIVE damage. I killed the final boss with a single blow that way. ;D Click here for the picture.

I clocked the entire ending at around 23 min. I think it's only one song that plays all the way thru. Maybe he was referring to that. Also, I couldn't help but read the Quintet article. Sorry Kurt! It looks really good. I won't put a link to it, that would be rude.

I was referring to the "real" version that was either featured on the FF6 Grand Finale CD or one of the Orchestral Game Concerts. I still need to look that up. I wasn't going to include Leo/Gesthal/etc in the "main characters" but I am going to put up pictures from the GBA version.

When you say the Final Fantasy Collection, do you mean the Final Fantasy Anthology?
Ultros is hilarious. When I first saw that scene where he's trying to drop a weight on the stage, he had a 3 minute head start because I was laughing so hard.

Me and Shinigami also finished a Gundam Wing Endless Duel write up and might finish a write up on DBZ Hyper Dimension by the end of the month.
Speaking of GWED, Discoalucard, did you save those screenshots? Shinigami was hoping to delete those. I would have saved them to my hard drive and e-mailed them to you, but my e-mail is not working AT ALL, currently.

"It will take me at least five minutes to drop this weight!" or something else. So ridiculously video gamey. It still boggles my mind that people say Woosley's translation doesn't "fit" the game when you have situations like this.
