You know what pisses me off? Shane B leaves 1upYours, as does Luke, who were both damn funny. It wasn't all that bad though because we were left with John and Garnet, which are both great in their own right. So 1up gets sold to UGO, and there are some staff shifts, and they stick David Whiny Asshole Ellis on the podcast. I hate it when bus drivers give me shit and treat passengers like me as though we were drug addicts b/c they know people seldom report crap on them. You live in a completely insane city. I've never heard of such abuse from bus drivers before. They must REALLY hate their jobs. o_O; The closest experience I've had was some lady bus driver that would yell at you if she saw you bringing food onto the bus. She also flipped out on me once when I tried to board the bus, while at the terminal, with a transfer, explaining to her that I accidentally went onto the wrong bus (which was parked in front of hers). She was all HELL NO. YOU CAN'T DO THAT. YOU HAVE TO PAY. (Well, yeah, it WAS my mistake for not paying attention to the direction the other bus was going but geezus, no need to get all pissy about it. >_>) @ MP83: I had someone from the US go batshit crazy on me because it was more expensive to ship things to Canada and he also had to go through all this hassle with customs forms and stuff. He huffed and he puffed and he vowed that he would never send anything out of the country again. He eventually calmed down but I can't recall if I ever bought anything from him ever again. Heaven forbid I INCONVENIENCE him. |

I wound up asking other bus drivers around and got some info and reported the guy before I had another incident with him. My strategy now is avoid that route as much as I can until at least Tuesday. I bet he'd be pretty pissed off about somebody actually making a difference and how his co-workers just gave him up.
Speaking of public transportation!

I feel really sorry for this Chinese bus driver in my area, he really gets a lot of shit from idiots you'd just love to see get struck by a speeding car.

The only bad thing about foreign bus drivers isn't their fault, and it can be that sometimes (especially over their speaking system) it can be hard to understand the stop names and stuff, and they say the french even worse. But hey, at least they're saying the names, which plenty of bus drivers don't ): Well, even foreign drivers don't, but y'know.
That isn't their fault though, in any way.

Men's restrooms can definitely be nasty, but women have it 10x worse. They also don't have the option of standing.
