Here we have a problem with people overqualifying. The job market is in the gutter and it's better to shorten your resume to just high school diploma or in the middle of uni studies for the only part-times available ever. Since before getting my BA I've only been able to work at a call center doing phone surveys since 2007 and before they even considered me for doing fulltime data entry like I'm doing now, I was still considered lucky just for having that.

I have a really hard time with Crazy Train, as well.

For some reason I didn't think crazy train would be very hard and I was on expert vocals and guitar and doing alright and feeling confident, and then i immediately failed the solo. like, right from the start of it i didn't hit a note and we all lost.
haven't made another attempt yet! i used to be really good with playing fake plastic guitar but apparently i've gotten quite rusty since i've been focusing on vocals.

Yeah, it's nuts how quickly your skill level can deteriorate on that game, even after just a few days. Feel free to hit me up some time if you ever want to just play some stuff for fun, though. RB3 never gets old.

The last time that gang leader I mentioned saw me, he and some friends with him laughed and made gun-pointing motions at me. I fucking hate that animal--he hides behind security and so many other people.

Getting into a situation where you have to negotiate a return on Ebay.
I bought some anime dvds, and the guy described them as being in Very Good condition. I open the box and the fucking things all have water stains on them...but not the shipping box. Fuck.
EDIT: I talked to the guy and he was willing to give me a large chunk back. So now while it sucks from an obsessive compulsive loser collector standpoint I got some out of print stuff for a good deal.

When, at work, people insist on standing by my cube and having conversations. You can take that elsewhere, folks. Get away from me.

I've been needing to kill somebody for a while, and they seem like a good choice.

So, as the final part of my course, I've been spending the past couple of weeks helping out in a community pharmacy, and it's been extremely stressful and overwhelming. Not to bad-mouth the my perceptors or anything, because they've been really nice, but today, I was on the verge of breaking down a couple times, and they take it upon themselves to give me the old spiel about how when I get a job, I'm going to be expected to do all this stuff.
Guys, I'm not fucking stupid. I'm not trying to weasel out of doing the work. I'm having an anxiety attack. Jesus H Christ.

From the perspective of your potential employers, it's kind of rough no matter how you qualify it.

Take out a high-profile ambulance chaser. But do it real tasty, like plant CP on them.

Well one makes you look lazy, the other makes you look crazy. From the perspective of your potential employers, it's kind of rough no matter how you qualify it. One would assume that people working in the field of medicine, of all places, would know better than to label someone as "crazy" in this day and age. Especially when clonazepam and Elavil are among their most frequently prescribed (edit, should be "frequently dispensed" ... huge difference) medications. Aside from that, I kind of see your point. Personally, I have no qualms with potential employers knowing the truth up-front. If I do work for them, they're gonna find out soon enough anyway, and it's something that will get better with time. I'm more offended at the implication that I might not be taking this work seriously. If I weren't taking it seriously, I wouldn't be anxious.

That makes sense, and it's something I can sympathize with. I like to think I'm pretty good at my job, so I'm always paranoid when someone seems to imply that I'm not taking my work seriously, or that I've made some kind of mistake. Have these anxiety issues been a lifelong problem for you?

Yeah, mostly when adjusting to change.
