I remember hearing about this on some G4 show a few years ago. I didn't believe it until I tried out the ROM. I guess the censors at Nintendo didn't want to be Duke's next target.

Well, for a person in Nintendo game, Duke was already first one to smoke, deliver headshots and hint about having sex, so why not nudity too.

Golgo 13 is a seriously awesome character. He makes James Bond look like a twerp. "Golgo 13: The Professional" is an awesomely fun movie as well; he's too tough to show emotion, whether he's beating your brains out, shooting you from a mile away (through a beer sign and several office buildings), or getting his rocks off. I'm mad people stopped fansubbing the recent TV series; it was so over the top (in one episode, the CIA tries to find him at a football game by scanning the bleachers for the color yellow, since he's Asian...yeah, they went there). |

This isn't nearly as interesting as Rey's discovery, but the Japanese version has some little things that they cut/changed from the US version, which I found kind of interesting. When you get the game over screen, for instance, after the "To Be Continued" screen you get a "Next Episode:" screen, with the name of the next level: Also, on the pause screen, the themesong that plays has karaoke lyrics that play along...  |
