In part 2, in the section about Tears of Fury, it says "Only 2,000 copies of the game were sold." with a reference (source) #fn9. I'm wondering where in that interview it mentions the 2,000 copies. I searched through the Korean article and an English machine translation (from Google), but there are no hits for 000 and thousand and 천 and Fury and 복수무정 ~분노의 눈물~ etc.
Nor do any screenshots on that page resemble the game...

It looks like footnotes 8 and 9 got inverted, the sales numbers are from that older newspaper article. Sorry about the confusion.

Can anyone confirm the life span of the Master System and variants in Korea, heres what I have so far.
Mark III released 1988, discontinued 1989 (may have been longer) Master System released 1989, discontinued 1992 Master System II released 1991, discontinued 1994
