That is the greatest opening battle speech in the history of the universe- I am positive Dracula has been drinking heavily before he delivers that little speech- the way he stressed "humans" is also fantastic Proof positive. ;D ;D ;D www.ozero.ca/oz-castlevania.swfThat was more than excellent I had been dying to do something similar for a while but dang- he done a better job than I could have!

Never heard of this 'Castle Shikigami 2', what is it? I love badly translated games- especially for games that are already a tad melodramatic and over the top

I love badly translated games- especially for games that are already a tad melodramatic and over the top It's a vertical shooter game except your not a little ship your a little person. And there is some sort of a plot but it doen't make any sense do to the really bad translation. It also features wonderfuly bad dubbing.

I've heard that the plot in the japanese version makes equaly much sense, and that the translation is actualy quite faithful. Oh, "What a Horrible Night to have a Curse" is the best, most cryptic engrish ever, right up there with "I am error".

Let's face it, Nintendo was the granddaddy of Engrish.

Fellow board members, I present the absolute Engrish opening of all infinity. It is from a real obscure Turbografx-16 shmup known as Rock-On. The game itself is rather unremarkable, but the intro made me fall in love with it nonetheless. Just follow the link, and it will all be known. ... right after I save the image onto my own computer and post it from my Photobucket account. CARP! Okay, serious this time. BEHOLD THE ALMIGHT!

I had a hard time even writing this reply as even the reply box was centered off my screen, I actually had to search for it.
