Interesting. They're using amputee Phoenix from the Ace Attorney Alpha games...

Apparently Strange's super beam attack is a ranged counter. That brings a tear to my eye. In a good or a bad way?

LOL I kind of hope Phoenix Wright is a bit like that now, actually. This- certainly if it were Capcom circa 02 we would have had something similar! Alongside that old Morrigan sprite haha

Omg. That is a huge fucking joke. Capcom is just trolling now. They might as well just make internet memes as characters.

Or read the description saying how he made it as a joke or waited until the end credits.

I would've applauded Capcom a little bit, just for having the gonads to troll their audience in such a dedicated and thorough fashion.

I would've applauded Capcom a little bit, just for having the gonads to troll their audience in such a dedicated and thorough fashion. I thought that was already being done, just by virtue of the existence of UMvC3?

So here's some stupid news for all you stupids who are still stupidly waiting for this stupid game. You stupids. Some guy who claimed he's a Capcom employee came on /v/ and said a bunch of stuff, Lupinko says he's pretty much right.- Iron Fist is basically MODOK + Jam from Guilty Gear. Specifically, it's MODOK's stockpile LoU applied to a melee fighter. - Rocket Raccoon is not a Cable carbon copy. He's very fast, but affected by the weight of his gun which is determined by the last attack's strength, and his melee options are rather weak. He does not have HVB. - Rocket Raccoon can aim his gun Taskmaster style. - How Vergil plays is pretty much posing the same question people asked when wondering how Dante would play when MvC3 was unveiled. DMC3 fans will feel very much at home with his style and dynamics. - Phoenix Wright is a keepaway character and his animations involve a lot of fumbling. He's pretty much this game's comic relief character, but stronger than people would expect. - His Level 3 is a counter much like Deadpool's. When hit, he'll do his signature Objection animation and the enemy will lose both health and one meter. - Frank West is pretty much unchanged from his Tatsunoko vs Capcom iteration, just adapted to the UMvC3 environment. - Nova is a mid-screen dominant character and much like Firebrand a lot of his attacks will keep him airborne. He's also fast and his beams have different properties to them. Supposedly he has some awesome visual flair to his attacks. - The remaining modes, characters, changes to single player, and MvC3 bonus are being revealed at New York Comic-con
