Why don't we get some kind of HCG101 gaming clan or something, not a major serious one but one just for fun. So when playing random games we can feel pride in knowing that we're 101ities. We're all gamers after all.

Actually, just last night I was thinking we could post weekly "Gaming Challenges" that the rest of us could decide to undertake.
Then I realized the problem with that would be that eventually someone would post a challenge regarding a game others would have no means of playing (such as Dracula X). Still, might be worthwhile.

Could be, I also thought it'd be fun to play against the people on the forum.

I suggest getting a poll up, I've got two suggestions:
Unreal Tournament 2004 - Fast-paced Sci-Fi FPS, lotsa unique weaponry. XBLAST - A freeware net-play Bomberman clone, with a few cool features to make it stand out.

No one interested in a game of Postal 2: Share the Pain? No? Anyone? ;D Anyway, I would like to play something with you guys. As long as you're suggesting some online playable game that I also happen to own, then I'm in (for a short while at least).

Okay I'm putting up a poll with a bundle of options now but I think it has to be in a new topic.

I made a similar comment about Mario Kart once. I proposed that anybody who played that game could post their best times from that game. What about limiting our selection to easily emulatable games, so that everybody here could play these games? It would also be a good way to give people motivation to play games they were not familiar with. Or possibly games they would not have otherwise played. Or were you talking about online gaming?

As in the other topic it's more competative online but something like a MarioK challange could work too, no reason to limit ourselves.

Actually, most emulators today allow you to play online, making it possible to have internet games of Mario Kart and the like.
