Unless I've miscounted, I'm so far tallying a whopping eight votes for Landstalker, with Dungeon Explorer and Blaster Master/Fester's Quest tied at three votes.
I shall now break this runner-up tie by casting mine for Blaster Master/Fester's Quest. I grew up on these games, so I may be TOO familiar with them, but it's been a long time since I've been on them and feel they would be a fun nostalgia run.
Reminder: Votes will go up to 10:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, so you have a bit more than 24 hours to vote at this point!

Eh, I was going to vote for Landstalker, but since it's the runaway winner, I'll vote for Dungeon Explorer since I'm not all that familiar with TG16 games.

Dungeon Explorer's got some kickass music. Is Landstalker related to Alundra in any way? The character looks really similar. Some ex-Climax Entertainment staffers worked on the team that developed the first Alundra. The character designer -- on the Climax side, clearly -- also worked with Camelot/Sonic Planning for the first Shining Force; not especially surprising as Shining in the Darkness was a joint effort between them. The other Shining Force games used a different character designer, and it shows. Suspect the designer did porn games for the group Ringer Bell, though I can't verify this.

I might as well prepare for Landstalker... anyone know where I might find a boxed copy of the game for 15 bucks or less?

Landstalker has such a huge lead like I expected, so I'm now going to vote for Dungeon Master just to lessen that lead a little and watch Landstalker probably win anyway.
Not that I have a problem with that, since I really do need to get around to playing Landstalker ever since I saw it mentioned in EGM's 100 Best Games Ever years ago.

Blaster Master, why not?
I'm not banned from entering #gc9x, am I?

I'll vote for Blaster Master/Fester's Quest just because I have never beaten those games even though I enjoyed playing Fester's Quest when I was younger.

If you vote for Blaster Master, must you play that AND Fester's Quest? Or can you ignore Fester and just play Blaster?

I think it's both. You'd be better to play Fester first.

It is both, correct. Playing things you don't think you like is part of the fun, I think. There's nothing I like more than learning that I can enjoy something I thought I hated.

Welp, since my mid-vote tally, there's been quite a few votes for the other two picks, but despite this upsurge, Landstalker remains the winner. I'll update the first post when I'm able to, but for now, get to playin'!

Hm. Well, I don't think I would have had the time anyway (and I lack Fester's Quest to boot, so even if Blaster Master won I'd be out). Have fun, all!
