I would also love to see Disney Interactive's Aladin (not to be confused with Capcom's Aladin) with HD graphics and re-arranged soundtrack. It would be so beautiful.

Startropics 1 and 2-update the graphics to 16-bit, remove the out of date 80's and 90's way of talking (example That's radical!) and the needless point system, remake the action/dungeon places more puzzle oriented and greatly improve the control in the first game.
Axelay-update the graphics sound and music to modern standards, replace the godawful Morning Star weapon with something better, add two new stages and weapons.
(Original) Mega Man-continue remaking the games like in the style of the Mega Man Powered Up game on PSP. Playing through the games with every robot master would be really fun.
Mega Man X-continue remaking the games like in the style of the Mega Man Maverick Hunter X game on PSP.
Enix's Heaven and Earth trilogy (Soulblazer, Illusion of Gaia, Terranigma, The Granstream Saga) Update graphics, sound, and music to modern standards
Soulblazer-have the game have puzzles to solve.
Illusion of Gaia-Be able to revisit places one been previously been to in the game.
Terranigma-can't really think of anything
The Granstream Saga-Never played it before.
Castlevania Dracula X-make the stages better.

Both Aladin and Aladdin are right, depending on the language. But if you want to be a smartass, it's Alāʼ ad-Dīn or Ala e din.

I'd remake the original Street Fighter. And make it not play so badly. But it still wouldn't have anything like modern combos or deep countering systems. Nope, just basic face punching with really difficult hadoukens. And hadoukens would be de-powered so you couldn't just win by spamming them. Basically, I hate fighting game players and want to troll them.
