As THQ continues its inevitable slide into bankruptcy, they are now trying everything they possibly can to make any money at all. What does that mean for us? It means THQ games are the latest Humble BundleGames included in the bundle: Saints Row III (if you beat the average, which is $5.63 at the time of this writing) Metro 2033 Darksiders Red Faction Armageddon Company of Heroes Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts Company of Heroes Tales of Valor It's a great deal just for Saint's Row III, even ignoring the other games (only Metro 2033 and Darksiders are great, the others can be safely ignored).

GOG's winter sale has started! It will run until the 3rd of January. Most games are 50% off or more, and it appears that every day new special deals will be available. On top of that, until Friday anyone with a GOG account can get Duke Nukem 3D for free. So if you're one of the four people on the planet who somehow don't own that game yet, there's no excuse any more!

Fair warning, GOG's server is getting massively hammered by the traffic.

Obtained so much cheap-to-free shit from Steam and GOG sales the past few months it's amazing.
It's frustrating these daily deals though. Not only the limited time they're made available, but that you put yourself off from buying ANYTHING not made a daily deal already with the chance that they'll be discounted even further. That this GOG holiday sale is going on until January 3 is gonna be harsh!

Just bought the Sierra Quest Bundle off GoG. $20 for all (I think) of the Quest games. Not a bad deal. Sale ends in 24 hours.

Only for US billing adresses, though, so don't bother installing the Amazon appstore if you're from anywhere else. Funny feeling to pirate a game on the day it's supposed to be free to download officially, just because the publisher (/retarded licensing regulations) is too incompetent to understand the ww in www.

Couldn't get Kid Icarus, but I scored the other two Cool. My Best Buy had a whole stack of Kid Icaruses, so maybe try another store. They weren't marked with the sale price, but I bet they'd ring up right. It's on the website. I passed on it (got Pokemon and Darksiders), but I may break down and go back. I already have Sticker Star.
