This has been bugging me more and more since I first noticed it!
So many games seem to have the same raps in them, and it's taken me until now to try and figure them out.
Some examples I've found so far!:
The one I recognise the most, the 'Magical Mystery Scene' rap:
00:33 in 'Think Ya Better D' from DDR
00:28 in 'Yes or Yes' from Dead or Alive 2
00:19 in 'Cool Killers' from King of Fighters Neowave
01:00 in 'Bitter Dance' from Star Ocean 3 (lacking the 'magical mystery scene', but the entire song is filled with rap from 'Think Ya Better D'... thanks Amon!)
The next immediately recognisable one is 'Causing much mayhem, dropping drama':
00:24 in 'Put Your Faith In Me' from DDR
00:00 in 'I Know' from Bust a Groove
02:32 in 'Tomboy (Arranged)' from Street Fighter III
00:17 in 'At Ease' from Capcom Fighting Evolution
00:13 in the 'Stage 3 BGM' from Trash Panic
00:09 in 'Junk! Junk! Junk!' from 10,000 Bullets
00:07 in 'Audhumla' from Ar Tonelico
00:35 in, uh, 'Fuck Me', from... some eroge. (I found this by googling the lyrics!)
Then there's the start of Cool Killers, 'Let's party, put the boogie in your body!', which certainly sounds familiar...
00:00 in 'Cool Killers' from King of Fighters Neowave
00:26 in 'Iwatodai Station' from Persona 3
Of course, that's just a tiny clip, it's a common rap phrase, right? Persona 3 surely didn't re-use it from another game! But then, again from the same track, 'Feelin the fire with burnin' desire' which can be heard in another game...
00:34 in 'Iwatodai Station' from Persona 3
00:22 in 'Think Ya Better D' from DDR
And 'move that body, move that body, make sure you don't hurt nobody' (thanks iwant!)... and 'cmon girl, let me rock your world'...
00:29 in 'Iwatodai Station' from Persona 3
02:17 in 'Think Ya Better D' from Dance Dance Revolution Solo 2000
00:41 in 'Iwatodai Station' from Persona 3
01:52 in 'Think Ya Better D' from Dance Dance Revolution Solo 2000
And, immediately after that 'cmon girl' phrase, an oddly familiar 'jump around' rap phrase that can be heard elsewhere in Persona 3...
01:58 in 'Think Ya Better D' from DDR
00:40 in 'Joy' from Persona 3
02:45 in 'Everybody Jump Around' from Jet Set Radio (thanks afroryan!)
Update - I've just found out that these two songs have the same raps, too!:
00:18 in 'Guile Against the Machine' from the Street Fighter Vs Street Musician album
00:26 in the 'Opening' song from King of Fighters: Maximum Impact
Update - More of this particular shared rap in DDR!
00:24 in 'Let Them Move' from DDR
00:32 in the 'Opening' song of King of Fighters: Maximum Impact
Where the heck are they finding/borrowing all these speech samples from?! Is there an earlier game that used them too?
I'd really love to know if anyone else can think of more examples of these kinds of shared raps, too!
Update 2 - Just found out about another re-used quote used in videogame music, 'The Mind of Man'! Thanks brote!
00:06 in 'Burning Halloween Town' from Deathsmiles
02:01 in 'Brain Freeze' from Red Alert 2
...and the source of these quotes are from Mondo Keyhole.
Updates 3 & 4 - Sotenga pointed out the gambling nonsense that you can hear in both:
00:04 in 'Funky Dealer' from Jet Set Radio Future
08:09 in 'Home' by Dream Theater
Which both seem to stem from a reading of No House Limit, a book seemingly written in 1958 and republished in 2008.
Update - 00:20 in 'Boots' from ZUKI-iN 1995 WINTER has the same quotes/rap too! A comment by synthesitech says "It's been claimed to be from a 1994 vocal track Akai CD. Rapsody Climax 9 Europe."
Update 5! - From that same 'Boots' song, this rap. It goes something like 'Well it's the lyrical power crash, your tracks make me laugh'.
00:39 in 'Boots' from ZUKI-iN 1995 WINTER
00:30 in 'Let It Go' from Ollie King
01:10 in 'Shudder' from Einhänder
00:10 in 'Bonus Game 2' from Street Fighter III 3rd Strike Arranged
01:24 in 'Fenrir' from Ar Tonelico
00:10 in 'Pipotron's Theme' from Ape Escape: Pumped and Primed
Update - The source is found! It's from 'Masterbits RAPsody Vocals II Sample CD'!
Then in Ollie King, there's the 'Devilish attitude, that really make ya move' rap!:
01:20 in 'Let It Go' from Ollie King

Update 6: Understand the concept of love!
00:03 in 'The Concept of Love' from Jet Set Radio Future
00:10 in 'Theme of Omega Rugal' from the King of Fighters '95 AST

The "I even resurrected myself!" bit is repeated throughout "Club Heaven" from Hitman: Blood Money.
