I never knew that Police Quest 2 ripped off anti-hotlinking images!

I googled the link to find the image he meant I actually like the police quest version more myself, while they both have the same sort of image, the Police Quest one clearly has the villain cutting open the game box, whereas Clint's image is just him smashing through the wall, not the poster itself. Plus Clint kinda looks like he's pissed off he's been found "Dammit, can't a man pose for a movie poster in peace!?"

It wouldn't surprise me if they left the JoJo ripped background stuff in, but yeah the level two boss is a huge ripoff of The Road Warriors tag team from the then WWF (moves and all), whose theme song at that time was Iron Man: The boxer in the background is no doubt taken from somewhere as well... I'd guess it's Roberto Duran

Pose of the guy on the left cover looks awfully familiar. (Does Twitter allow hotlinking?)

I don't know who this is on Spy Hunter II, but I know that this is someone. That man looks way too familiar. I want to say Mel Gibson because of the outfit, but the face doesn't look right.

Looks as if they tried to make River Phoenix look old.

The placement of him and the woman behind him almost makes me wonder... This isn't the photo it's traced over, but I have to wonder if the trace comes from the same photo-shoot of Michael Biehn and Linda Hamilton.

I think you're onto something. If not the guy and gal look sort of like Michael Sopkiw/Valentine Monnier to me. So maybe take a look at 2019: After the Fall of New York, Devil Fish, Blastfighter.
My immediate first thought when I glanced at the cover though was the ending of C.H.U.D. Which is interesting because James Cameron totally ripped off the closing shots of that movie for the tanker explosion scene in The Terminator.

My initial thought was Don Johnson. The woman looks very familiar, but not Linda Hamilton. More like someone who would appear on a soap opera or some 80s drama TV show. I can't pin point it though.

So, I was at Goodwill today and saw some comics in the shelves. Specifically, a bunch of 1988 issues of DC Comics' Captain Atom. Take note of that logo, because here is the logo for Michael Denio's 1988 shareware PC game, The Adventures of Captain Comic: Evidently there were some copyright concerns somewhere along the way, because the logo changed with one of the game's five patch releases: [edit] There are other little things that get changed along the version history, as well. In early versions, the title screen blares out a 1-channel beeper rendition of the US Marine Corps Hymn; this changed to an original piece a few versions later. I think they also changed a few of the little sound effects, so screen changes don't get punctuated with "Whistle While You Work" anymore. I think Comic's animations look really reminiscent of Super Mario Bros as well, but that's a bit more tenuous and I can't seem to locate raw sprite rips to corroborate.
