I've bought from hit-Japan before and they're reliable. Haven't bought one of these lots but their games tend to be in good shape and have been trustworthy with me in the past.

Btw, as a caveat there are apparently some lemons in that bundle (some with scratches and without case or instructions), which may not be a good idea with cd games. Also, wholesale lots tend to have common games in them, and in those cases I tend to go for smaller lots since I don't need to get stuck with a bunch of horse racing games or sound novels or whatever, even if it tends to be a little more.

Pretty much echoing Joestar, Hit-Japan is an excellent seller though I've never bought the lots before.
These are what are considered "junk" products in Japan. They're somewhat beat up and as such, are sold as untested. However, usually even "junk" games are in better condition than your average used product at a GameStop, Japanese gamers just have very high standards for this kind of thing, so you can be keen to get a bargain if you're not super picky.
But yeah, just know that the good games are the ones he stacks up on top in the picture. Everything underneath is likely to be crap.
