For anyone who doesn't know, it's a special version of SMB given away as prizes on a Japanese radio show in '86, as a promotion for said show. The levels are tweaked versions of the ones from SMB1 and SMB2j, game mechanics are a mix of both, and sprites have been altered. It also tells exactly who those celebrities are that you see in the game, and if I remember correctly, this is the first time most of this information about the game is available in the English language. Awesome.
