The best thing is for both players to pick Mongo and just spam the carpet bombing attack repeatedly. See who gets spammed harder before the clock runs out, though said fights usually only last about ten seconds.

Mongoo's the best character for his accent alone, really. Question: Does anybody know why "KILL YOU" is such a common thing in Japanese games, as supposed to "I'LL KILL YOU" or something like that?

Pronouncing "I'll" in Japanese would be rather impossible. "Ki ryu" on the other hand, is easy.

Another notable-ish speaker of "Kill you!" is the women in Taito's Lethal Enforcers clone, Under Fire; the same game which nags "Change magazine! Change magazine! Change magazine!" repeatedly when you have one shot left in the mag.
