Super Robot Wars K:
Battle With Magus (Chrono Trigger)
The One Who Will Save The Earth (Lufia II)
There was also a V-Smile Shrek game that blatantly rips-off some songs from Ocarina of Time:

I don't know if you'd call this plagiarism, necessarily, but Deadly Premonition's "Life Is Beautiful" (in particular, the whistling) sounds a lot like the steel drum line in the main level music from Super Mario World:

Too lazy to link videos, but the rock theme in Deadly Premonition that plays during rally races sounds almost exactly like American Idiot. Which is a plagiarized song to begin with.

There have been quite a few cases of games more-or-less ripping off "real" music, or at least ending up sounding a lot like it.

Verily, there have been a great many variations on this topic over the decades.
My favorite is probably how the Dr. Mario title screen music is quite unmistakably the main theme from Little Shop of Horrors.

Found this obscure korean arcade game that not only rips-off Super Mario Bros. music but some backgrounds and sprites from Rayman as well. I think they also used Abu's sprites from the Mega Drive Aladdin game.

The amount of music that Yuzo Koshiro has ripped off during his career is pretty staggering. Some if it is so blatant you can't help but see it as flat out plagarism.
