Is there a website that gives you explanation on how Megaman Soccer would have turned out had Capcom finished it? Just curious.

Not quite. The game had a story mode, but didn't have an ending. Also, half of Dr. Wily's face can be shown in the character select mode, but you can't play as him.

That doesn't necessarily mean they didn't finish it. I haven't heard reports about the game being incomplete, although the absence of an ending does raise some eyebrows.

For little what I've played Megaman Soccer, it seems really boring and average. They should had made Nintendo World Cup/Nekketsu Koukou Dodgeball-bu Soccer-hen clone with Mega Man touch or something. Oh well, the idea of a Mega Man soccer game was cheesy anyway.

Soccer confused the hell out of me when I was young because one of the stages was called "Blues Stage," or something to that effect. I didn't know if Protoman was called Blues or what.
...Then ten years later I found out that Blues was the Japanese name.
