Simple question. Can Castlevania X be emulated? And how? Or are questions like this against this message board's rules?

You mean Dracula X for the PC Engine? Yeah, works like a beaut with Magic Engine. You just need the ISO, and either a blank CD or a virtual drive program like Alcohol 120%.
Finding the ISO, though, may require some more work. This one French site that I forget the name of (might be Gametronik?) had a bunch of PCE ISOs and it might be there.

EdgeEmu has it in their Turbo Grafx CD section, but it requires a donation of $35 or more (from what I remember) to access the CD games.
I happen to have the ISO files just lying around - given enough time, I could probably upload it to a private server someplace and PM the link to anybody interested (bandwidth permitting of course).

What pisses me off about Dracula X is despite the fact that I have a legit copy, my Magic Engine refuses to run it. However, when I had an actual PC Engine CD, that played it just fine. GRRRRRR.

Your magic engine emulator refuses to run it because you probably don't have the pc engine cd bios (or cards as they call it).
