While ripping YI sprites, My friend stumbled across an enemy graphic set I had never seen. After a but of inspection, I found it was DK himself, or, at least a look-a-like. Here are his 3 evidence images, enjoy. #1; The original string in ROM. #2; A Bit of my arranging... #3; My prediction of what He might have looked ilke. Truly amazing.

Indeed my friend. I love to find hidden stuff like that, like Maria's secret dialogue in SOTN.
Also, in Persona 2: Innocent Sin, I found answering machine outgoing messages from every character in some wave files. Apparently you could use them on your own answering machine. Very cool

That's neat. Wonder if there's a hidden, dummied out level rattling around in there somewhere.

Reminds me of the sprites taken out of Megaman Power Battle and Power Fighters, there were stair-climbing sprites and some sprites of Protoman using his shield and some other random stuff.

How is Yoshi's Island? I have been really waiting for a really good platformer for the DS (New Super Mario Bros. was good but I wanted more of a sequel out of it rather than a remake). Give me a good idea of bosses and levels and such.

Very cool Actually, I'm assuming much like P2: Eternal Punishment there is a Velvet Room answering machine you can unlock by doing something special. In EP's case you must find special butterflies in the EX Dungeon.

I got this bootleg disk that when you pressed Start during the intro you got into a debug menu. It helped me walk thru walls and avoid enemies completely (even killing bosses at the press of Select), that's how I got to finish the game. The dept of the dungeons and random battles almost made me abandon it.
