I'm really considering picking one of these up, but I have a few questions. 1. Which one would be the best one? (size, etc) 2. Which one is the cheapest but has a good deal of space? 3. Do regular gameboy games (orriginal, color) work? 4. Is there a 1gig? Thanks

From what I have heard, regular gameboy games don't work on flashcarts - however, I've heard the emulator GoomBA allows you to emulate them flawlessly.

I don't know much, and I don't wanna dig throught the different titles so here's a list of all GBA flash carts: LinkyEnjoy comparing them and finding what is best for you. But before you begin, you must know that there is such a thing as an 8 gig flash cart.

Out of those links, I have the X-Rom 512 Megabits. It costed me $70 online. I'm really happy with it, but make sure you have USB 2.0 ports, or transfers will take up to 25 min. for a full flash. The software is great, it takes a little to get used to it so play with it first. You need Goomba emulator for GB games, and Goomba Color for GBC (not fully developed yet, but most games work). It was a great buy, and dirt cheap too ( a year ago). I have about 72 GB games on Goomba loaded, which take 123 megabits. Then I have Golden Sun, Racing Gears, Alien Hominid and Scourge: Hive. I don't know about 1 gig ones, but mine is enough. If you want to figure out how many games you can put in it just divide the ROM size in megabytes by 8 and substract it from 512 megabits. Hope it helped.
PS there's also fully functional NES, SMS and GG emulators. SNES and PC engine don't work too well.

Alright thanks I might pick that one up. But so far the only sites that I can find that got them are Euopean sites, and I live in the States.

There are too many flashcarts and each one has an advantage and disadvantage. I suggest you go to www.gbatemp.net and check the multiple forum posts and reviews explaining each one.

Yep, that's where I got it. Same price. Just wait till they have stock again, they sell a lot. I did some comparison between a lot of carts back when I bought it, and decided to get the X-Rom 512. I can't think of anything that's wrong with it.
