I really do think the first two levels are strongly presented. It's not the worst game ever but can you imagine how cool it would have been if they made it a year or two later when their stride and building bigger teams to make each game? ReplayBurners has a ton of great arcade longplays, including Burning Fight.
See also Tatsumi's last and best game, Big Fight: Big Trouble in the Atlantic Ocean. Both, Final Fight, Burning Fight and Big Fight use the word "Fight" in their titles along with the belt scrolling genre.
