Operation Logic Bomb makes me wish there's a Snes Metal Gear game.

That's actually on my to-do list for the near-future. Guess I won't be able to claim that one Really great game, though. Much better than the GBA one.

That's actually on my to-do list for the near-future. Guess I won't be able to claim that one Really great game, though. Much better than the GBA one. Not relying on fake 3D makes it better than its GBA counterpart by default. That game is $%&* ugly when displayed on any screen that is not the GBA one. So ugly that it's borderline unplayable. And it's much better designed too, although I would have appreciated more difficulty. At some point the game became tedious because there was no challenge outside some ridiculous deaths (Mario dies if he hits his head on the ground regardless of the height he falls) and annoyances; I just kept solving puzzle after puzzle almost instantaneously. I think it's objectively a good game, but at the end, it felt like wasting time.

2 or 3 months ago, I found a Hori EX2 fighting stick for 15 bucks more or less. It's the good one for PS4/360. I still hadn't tried it, so tonight I did just that, and played every fighting game I have with it (needless to say, it's awesome. Nothing beats an arcade stick. Soo, I finished so many games it's gonna be a long list: Street Fighter 2 HD Remake, King of Fighter XIII, Soulcalibur, Soulcalibur 4, Soulcalibur 5, Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition, Virtua Fighter 2, Virtua Fighter 5 FS, Sonic Fighters, Rush'n'Attack, ...and Final Fight. Yep, today I played a lot. Plus Dodonpachi Resurrection and Ikaruga. Short games, so a lot of victories here. I recommend the EX2 stick wholeheartedly, of course. It is delicious.

I just beat Red Faction II on Medium difficulty, five minutes before midnight tonight. It was a very mediocre follow-up to the first game. Now to move onto something else. This is also my first game that I've beaten this year, as far as games that were started in 2016 go EDIT: Also, it took me just over five hours to beat! It usually takes me a pretty long time to beat most games, so if I can beat this in roughly five hours, then that's saying something about how short it is.

Colonel Kurtz Well, if you're gonna play games like that, that's an easy victory this year Not relying on fake 3D makes it better than its GBA counterpart by default. That game is $%&* ugly when displayed on any screen that is not the GBA one. So ugly that it's borderline unplayable. Yeah, that's true. Well, to be fair the game was made for the GBA.

Difficult? Geez regular was difficult enough. Besides, who goes into the hardest difficulty their first time through? lol Well, 'normal' is actually easy. See, when the game came out in Japan originally, it had no difficulty select. In the west, they added one, with 'difficult' being the normal Japanese difficulty, and 'normal' being a pussy mode an easier one added for the US/EU market. The 'difficult' mode is in line with the other Megaman games, whereas 'normal' is really easy for a Megaman game. You're kinda missing the true Megaman experience this way, if you ask me. So, normally it wouldn't be usual to start out with hard mode, but with MM2, man, you're missing half the fun this way! (Also, it's gonna be quite a shock playing any of the other NES MM games after this) Not to sound like an asshole

Well that was rude. Nah I get it. Classic NES fans are super hardcore. The game was hard enough for my taste. I felt pretty accomplished beating it. Friggin Dragons coming out of nowheres, crazy boss gauntlet, that broken ass turret boss where only bombs from Crash can hurt them.... that part was dumb.

Putty Squad (SNES). Clearly better than Putty but eh, wasn't really worth it.

It's not like I'm that much of an NES fan, just that for me, Megaman is supposed to be really hard. The 'normal' difficulty for me doesn't really feel appropiate, with bosses going down so fast, etc. Plus I just felt it was worth knowing what the difficulty thing was about.
