A Japanese-exclusive Saturn side-scroller in the vein of the Shinobi games, based on a (very) long-running period drama about assassins-for-hire:

The article forum isn't much used anymore, but I figure I might as well start a thread. It's a pretty good game, and probably the only comparable title on the Saturn is Shinobi Legions / Shinobi X. IMO Hissatsu has better level design, and of course the sprites look better than digitized actors.
