Anyone play Ultimate Ghouls & Ghosts? That was an old 2D classic series turned 2.5D, and it turned out *FANTASTIC*. I totally agree. But then again,I am the only person in the world who prefers Strider II to his predecessor. It's not a question of "2D vs. 3D".Unless you despise Klonoa and are a fan of Bubsy... As for the game(s),I'm gonna buy it,so I'll finally have the chance to play Dracula X. As for SoTN,which version will be featured?

This is good news for Castlevania fans..........I just replayed my Dracula X before Christmas on my NEC Turbo Duo. Just wish they were putting it out on the DS also, since I don't have a PSP. Well I guess the DS can't get all the love..............By the way I am currently playing Castlevania: PoR on the DS (when not playing my 360) and its awesome- 9.0 out of 10.

And I have full faith in Konami to do the same with Castlevania (and from the video, it looks like they're already well on their way to meeting this goal!). I, for one, am very pleased. (: -Tom I agree. Ultimate Ghouls & Ghosts looks amazing. But most of the times, transitions from 2D to 3D end up looking terrible. For me at least, 2D art is a huge factor to consider when I'm about pick up a new game. I love japanese art. Even being a Street Fighter freak, I had to skip the 3D instances of the series because of the awful graphics (gameplay aside). Castlevanias on PS2 don't look that bad, but they need more work. I always thought that if you could equip Dante with a whip, Devil May Cry would be a perfect Castlevania.

Yeah, DMC was totally like a "bad-ass Castlevania". The original DMC was such an amazing game!

and if Lazy ass cut corners everwhere rehash Happy Capcom can do it so can Konami who NEVER rehashes nor half asses anything (unless your last name is Kojima) Let me point out every DDR game in recent years that doesn't have the Ultramix name in the title... Home and arcade. Also, 2.5D has always worked for me. Klonoa rocks. -GoTaS

it's hard to innovate music games. Besides the last 2 DDRs have had some Awesome songs Sakura is my new favorite. Beatmania will now and forever BE AWESOME! Sakura was introduced with IIDX 8th Style... and this was even before it appeared on DDR Extreme, which is half a decade old now anyway. Old. Every new bemani arcade game that has been released recently has been great. Pop'n 15 is in test locations, IIDX GOLD is great, and if Guitar Freaks and Drummania V3 have any inclination on future releases in that series, I'm sure V4 will be just as great. SuperNova was trash and didn't cut it. We waited 4 years for a new arcade DDR... and we get this? It's clearly half assed and rushed, with stepfiles for songs not even being synced correctly... even after the correction patch. And only 4 boss songs? Weak. Konami just doesn't know how to treat some of it's franchises anymore. And to keep from getting off topic: the Rondo remake looks good in action, although I don't like the way Richter walks... Eh. -GoTaS
