Can anyone reccommend me any? I'm looking for some in the style of Go Go Ackman: Holy Umbrella: Magical Taruruuto-kun: etc etc, hopefully you get the idea. These games I've found are quite fun and I'm looking for any rare sort of anime platformers that I may not of come across yet. I've noticed how good this forum for looking at rare sorts of games. Thanks for any help.

I don't know if it's what you are looking for but Syd of Valis is a pretty good SD version of one of the Valis games. It has sort of the same cute style that you are looking for. Check it out in the Valis article: hg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/valis/valis.htm

Magical Taruruuto-kun also has a sidescroller on the Genny/MegaDrive (JP only though). There will be plenty to find on the japan end of things though. . .despite all the westernizations.

In my stickied topic, Papuwa pops to mind immediately. It's in the later pages (10 or 11 or so)
There were many games based off an anime. Ghost Sweeper Mikami, GeGeGe no Kitarou, Hyper Iria, Miracle Girls, etc.
