TO INSERT ONE COIN (コインいっこいれる)
Apparently this game is a meme in Japan: seemingly the only thing they translated to Japanese was the "insert coin" message, and even that was translated poorly. The used the plain for of the verb "to insert" without any sort of encouragement.
At least to my understand that is a rough way of explaining the grammatical error.
