Gaming Podcasts and tv shows you should know about

I don't remember reading a thread about gaming podcasts and tv shows, althought I'm sure there might have been one. Anyways, if anything, let this thread just be an update of the ones that are worth watching or listening to, followed by the ones that are not (just for the sake of completion). Feel free to rant your heart out:

I normally don't have the patience to listen to (verbal) podcasts, but I like listening to this guy's PC Engine music podcast:

The earlier ones are better, where he leaves out the ensemble cast of silly voices.

For game podcasts, 1up has the best selection of stuff by far.

Games for Windows podcast is absolutely the most entertaining game podcast out there. If you know anything about PC games, or have any interest in it at all, it's brilliant. The guys on that show know how nerdy they are and others can be, and make fun of themselves and the "hardcore" crowd very well.

I actually used to dislike 1up Yours in early 2006 as it was too stiff and uncomfortable, but it's been quite good the last 4-5 months and is always a good time, though the hosts' biases can get a little tiring at times.

I used to like Hotspot, but the formula's starting to get old, so it's not quite up there. It still has its entertaining moments, though.

IGN's is terrible.

I've tried Next Gen, but the industry specific stuff just isn't really my cup of tea. I like to be entertained and hear talk of games, not the industry itself.

I really haven't had the time to check out other smaller sites' podcasts, but if there are good ones, I'd love to hear of them.

On a non-gaming front, I highly recommend This American Life from NPR, which just recently started doing podcasts of its shows. You'd never think the stories it has would be entertaining, but it is so addictive.

they play the same games I had quite a long conversation with sessler over email about splatterhouse.

I reccomend: Keven Pereira, who has a good podcast sometimes

I met Sessler in 2003 at a mall appearance.....I still want to smack him for recomending Crimson skies to me. Also morgan webb and cat schwartz this is the same I almost got with Morgan appearence I spoke of before (albit exaggerated but the part where she stared at my crotch was true)
