Exaltation, VtB! I'm keeping an eyeball on that product until I get more funds. ;D

Whoa! Hold it, sotenga - before you buy that, I'd suggest trying the CDX Demo, which is free. It'll run all imports on a US DC, and has been working fine for me. You can find it here: dreamcast.dcemu.co.uk/cgi-bin/cfiles.cgi?0,0,0,0,8,375 (Not sure about the site; random google link; however, it's widely available online).

Under Defeat is a must have for dreamcast cause the explosions are the best you'll ever see in a shmup as of now. Trigger Heart Exelica just got released and has a anchor system where you can capture enemies sorta like GDarius.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Under Defeat. The cinematic style of Stage 5 was awesome. I'm waiting of my copy of Trigger Heart and Zero Gunner 2 so I'll see about them.

I'll keep an eye on this too, good chum! Exalt! ;D I hope these games aren't getting ridiculously pricey already... I've heard lots of good about Border Down especially.

Border Down is the only DC shooter I can think of that's in the almost 3 digit category. All others are going to be cheaper than any new-gen game, and most will be under $30. The good part is that because the console is at most about 7-8 years old, a lot of games are readily available in places like ebay and on other forums.
Definitely easier to get than a lot of Saturn shooters, which are hard to track down and often expensive to get.

There are others that are expensive, but most are under 50 dollars. There are some very good shmups for the Saturn like Layer Section/Galactic Attack and Darius Gaiden that aren't hard to find or expensive.
