A few years ago when my friends and I were undergrads we were in the process of recording an LP. It took about three months and over that time we gave the Dreamcast a lot of love ( I think the Gamecube had just come out at that time) mainly whenever someone wasn't doing anything they were playing a heap of dreamcast (actually if you turn up the tracks you can hear a clicking on the recording, it took us ages to work out what it was and it turned out to be the clicking of the dreamcast controller in the background). Jet Grind/set Radio was the game of choice for a while and sometimes we put the sound on. After a while we noticed a rather strange song called Super Brother by a band called Guitar Vader. The general insanity/stupidity of the song made it a classic among my group. {The main lyrics are: 'Who are you? What's your name? SUPER BROTHER!} A friend of mine ordered the Jet Grind soundtrack but it wasn't on the disc. Eventually I tracked it down in mp3 format. Years later I've eventually discovered that the band has several albums, I ordered in a few and they are actually quite good. Really catchy. Nothing as crazy as the Jet Grind song but still.

JSR has some pretty wacky-sounding music indeed. I'd like to find some more music from Castle Logical and Deavid Soul...
