I just wanted to know if there's any website like www.snesmusic.org or the music section of www.zophar.net that has a lot of music files for game systems available for download.

Oh, I know of tons...unfortunately a good number of them are already linked from Zophar, but what can you do? www.hvsc.c64.org/ - The High Voltage SID Collection is a 100-some megabyte collection of every SID song from every Commodore 64/128 game, demo, or portfolio ever. Worth the download for, if nothing else, the entire Rob Hubbard, Chris Huelsbeck, and Martin Galway collection. 2a03.org/ - The 2A03 community centers around one piece of hardware: the legendary 2A03 sound chip as heard in the Nintendo Entertainment System. They don't have any music rips, as that's Zophar's territory (among others) - but what the do have is a wide variety of original songs and cover versions of existing songs in NSF format. Some of the songs even use the advanced sound chips like Konami's VRC7 (there's a cover of Phantasy Star 2's battle theme that uses both a VRC7 and Namco's NAMCOT106 in tandem). www.tzone.org/~llin/psf/ - PSF Mirror #1, my preferred site to dig up Playstation and PS2 soundtracks. If they haven't got it, then nobody's ripped it yet. gsf.caitsith2.net/ - Because not every Game Boy Advance game has had an official soundtrack release, there's GSF Central. Was worth a visit for me, if only to get the Wario Land 4 and Ninja Five-O soundtracks. hcs64.com/usf/ - Halleys Comet Software is home of the USF, the Ultra64 Sound Format. Blast Corps never had a soundtrack release to my knowledge, so this place is heaven to me already.

AWESOME! However... I don't have any idea how I can play those types of music files. Weasel: Even more awesome! I believe I have the plugin necessary for the PSF files, so I'll get on that... when WinAmp stops being an asshole.

Dangit... I downloaded the WinAmp plugin at the very top of the page into my Plugin folder, and it still refuses to play the Genesis music files. Help, good sir?

Refuses to play? As in, it won't read the files at all, or it won't display them in the Open Files window? I seem to recall some plugins will enable Winamp to read the files, but it won't show them in the Open window unless you specify "All Files".
