Ok, I want to emulate Fighters Megamix, but so far I've had little success. I want to know how to run this game perfectly: I've tried SSF, Satourne and even Cassini 2.0 to see if it works. Non of these managed it although I'm wondering if it was something to do with my setup.
So the point of this thread is that I'm looking for ways to improve how this game plays on the Sega Saturn emulators. I don't mind key words or references but I'm dying to play the game. Oh, and before I forget to mention it, The version of Fighters Megamix I am using is Japanese.
Note: What do people mean by "SS version"?

According to a compatibility list, SSF 0.08 R10 should be able to run it and lists it as "Fully Playable". There's a note in the list though. Disable Memory Access Wait. Low FPS - Disable Auto Field Skip, NBG0(0) and RBG1(5) to speed up (will have black background) I guess that means you should disable the "Memory Access Wait" option, and that if the game runs slow you should also disable "Auto Field Skip," as well as "NBG0(0)" and "RBG1(5)" though it warns you that the background will be black if you do. Good luck. Note: I think "SS Version" means your BIOS version, I guess people think you chose an American or European BIOS.

First of all, you need to have a Pentium 4 (maybe P3) machine or above. You also need to have a good 3D graphics card.
If you fill those requirements, then SSF will work.
Now to load the game, you need to mount the image on Daemon or Alcohol and open SSF. Make sure the BIOS matches the region of your game. It is called SEGA_100.BIN unzipped (512 KB). You also need the stv bios, stv110.bin unzipped (512 KB). Make sure to enter the emu options and set them up. Also select the CD drive you are going to use. Close the emu and open it again. Your games should load fine.
