I know the article's been up for a while, but I stumbled across the following videos on the web. The first video is the intro, and the second and third contain endgame spoilers. The second is by and far the best and will make most old school Sega fans very happy. www.kotaku.com/gaming/top/save-sega-the-video-game-187276.php

I put up the intro, check the username. ;D
But yeah those endgame videos make me so happy, especially the Phantasy Star stuff. I never figured out who the Trouble Shooter-esque girls are though.

Props on that.
The two girls with the big guns from the second video are from Battle Mania I believe.

I just watched all 3 videos. The intro was neat, as was the ending animation, but I REALLY liked that shooter segment with all the Sega consoles. That was awesome.
What happens after the Saturn blows up though? Anything interest, or just credits and "Game over"?

I'm loving that shooter there, even though it's probably basic as all hell =P

Thought, I should mention this here since it's being touted as the spiritual sequel to Segagaga.
This unique RPG features game consoles personified as goddesses, CPUs (Console Patron Units), who you can customize visually with equipment to enhance their stats. Players take the role of Neptune and follow her quest to save the captive Histoire. This leads her to face the corrupt monsters ravaging the world of Gamindustri unleashed by the evil Arfoire. Neptunia also features iconic characters from classic games as special summon skills.
FEATURES CPUs: Video game consoles & companies personified! GRAPHIC EDIT: Edit pictures stored on your PS3 to use as Neptune's rear emblem! SUMMON: Summon video game characters or your own edited images! COMBO EDIT: Customize, create, and name your own combo attacks!

Honestly, hearing one of the characters saying "Go to hell!" somehow reminded me of the Big Bill Hell's video.
Also, why, Sega, why? Why did you have to include Joe Musashi in this game and not on Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing? WHY?
And "Gaminindustri" = lol?

Only program is it's made by Idea Factory, who have a less than stellar reputation.

Calling it a "spiritual sequel" is a BIG stretch if you ask me.
