I'd say a lot of us have entire collections worth at least $2,500, but to ask that price for a handful of GB, GBC and GBA titles...that's just crazy.

$13.99? That's kind of an insult. :/ Sure, he's really pushing his luck, but considering all those games are complete and some even sealed, he is sitting on a fairly big chunk of change in terms of game value.
I mean, a complete Castlevania Legends alone is worth about 100 bucks (and I threw my box out way back when, so I'm kicking myself over that). The Final Fantasy set is certainly worth at least that much as well. Star Ocean: Blue Sphere is worth at least 25-30 dollars (and he gets brownie points for recognizing its quality :) ). I don't know values of the other stuff off the top of my head, but I know enough to say that they add up to a pretty large amount of money too. I doubt he should be charging $1000, let alone $2500, but he'd be a fool to not get at least a few hundred out of that lot.

My $13.99 offer still stands! :)

Actually, I think I know this Russian Dark Sol guy from somewhere, probably Digital Press, so I'm all but certain it's not a scam.
Isn't eBay supposed to be PayPal only these days, though? Maybe that doesn't apply to international sellers.

It is paypal only, or at least I thought it was. Ether way, $2000+ is way over priced for that set.

Ebay is not paypal only. Paypal is just the most popular method of exchange there. Money orders, credit cards, and such are common on Ebay.

Realistically, this guy has around $600 worth of games. $1,000 if you want to be generous. In Soviet Russia, ebay auctions you!

I could've sworn they had a policy change a few months ago that makes sellers no longer allowed to accept money orders and cashier's checks (and I think personal checks went out the door even before that). Part of their new BS push for "buyer protection", which also resulted in sellers being unable to leave negative feedback after someone pays, as if that's the only way in which a buyer could screw up.

I got one of my auctions cancelled by them for putting "No Paypal Accepted" on it 3 months ago. I think it has to do with your transaction limits. If it's over a certain amount of monthly transactions they force you to use Paypal.

Ebay has recently enacted some pretty shitty policies, I'll admit that. But paypal isnt the only way to do transactions there.
