www.hardcoregaming101.net/murasamejou/murasamejou.htmThis is a Nintendo-made FDS game that largely fell into obscurity, even though it's kinda cool. It's an action game but it feels like it's made on the template of Legend of Zelda. It's balls out hard though - maybe that's why it never caught on.

If it's hard as you say, I'd fail within a minute. I never was good at this genre.
Also: As its core, it looks and controls much Zelda (Do you mean "AT its core, it looks and controls much LIKE Zelda"?)

Hands down the most ninja heavy game of all time.
Also, this article was long overdue.

Did anyone pick up the Famicom Mini version of this a couple of years back?

I was just about to mentioned that. Definitely worth bringing that up in the article since it would be a heck of a lot easier for someone to buy that and pop it in their GBA or DS rather than track down the FDS release and a FDS to play it on.

Kurt, did you notice that this game has the Raccoon Mario 3 transform sound effect?
So that was where it came from.

Well, pretty much every company recycled assets back then. So it isn't unusual to find stuff like that in older games.

Thinking he's probably a shoe-in for future smash DLC, even though it's based on voting. Most people are going to throw away their vote on 3rd-party characters who have no chance, I'm betting. I voted for Mike Jones.

Does "easily apparently" sound right? I was not really sure here.
