It was tricky for me to get one. I needed to remind them many times, ahead of time. And the guys there, told me to do so. I mean, I don't blame them, in the mall where it was located (this is an EB) they don't usually get the preorder bonuses, but they were cool enough to do it for me since I was a regular.
