Thank you, Garamoth, but discoalucard, being the great guy that he is, is sending me a copy of the game.
Garamoth, thanks for the idea.
discoalucard, you're a great guy. Thank you so much!

Yeah, if anyone wants to cover a game/series, but they're missing a game or two, let me know and I'll see if I can hook you up with one, providing it's not TOO expensive.

Kurt, have you played any of the Hugo's House of Horrors games?

Nope. I remember trying to play them years ago - they're sorta like Sierra AGI games, right?

Yeah very much so. I was bringing em up cause they're not on your list, but they seem up yer alley. Prompt-based rather than point-and-click. Very similar to the King's Quest games, humor and death-wise, but not as good; not to say they're bad. You shoud peek back into them. There were three in the series that were adventure games; the last (fourth) came out in 94? and was a wolfenstein clone... horrible. But the first 3 were good!

I remember Hugo! Specifically, I remember best the one where Hugo was at a creepy dining table with other guests, and I seem to recall Hugo's severed head being served for dinner. I think that means I kept losing a lot at it.

I'd really like to write about Touché: The Adventures of the 5th Musketeer which is an excellent adventure game that most people haven't even heard of ( I own a copy too..) Problem is; I just don't think my english is good enough. I mean, I can spell (most of the time) but I always give up after a while when I realise I don't know enough words. Hehe. Well, maybe someday...

Aw, heck, I'm feeling magnanimous. Plus it's been ages since I've actually written a decent review. It is my turn for others to savage my grammar!
Put me down for Sanitarium and Superheo League of Hoboken.

Sure!
Thanks for the advisement about Touche, I grabbed a copy although I still haven't gotten a chance to actually play it.

Woah woah woah, where's the Shadowgate games? If you're open to games not on your list, then I'd like to do Shadowgate and it's two sequels as soon as I finish A Boy and His Blob.

I'm finally getting around to actual work on the Rex Nebular piece, it will probably be finished during this week.
If Blade Runner and Secret Files should remain untaken until next summer, I'd do them then...

Someone's working on Blade Runner (that I need to follow up on) but Secret Files is A-OK.
I bought both of these but haven't played them. Reviews are kinda mixed, like it's a second rate Broken Sword...but even Broken Sword became second rate around the third and fourth games, so that's not TOO bad a sin.

Yeah, I'd say they're better than Broken Sword 3, but not as good as Broken Sword 1 or 2 by any stretch... too much wise ass and genre-savvy nerd humor.

I vote Homey D Clown. It's a very obscure point and click adventure based off of the Damon Wayan's ex-con clown character from early 90's sketch comedy show In Living Color. Frank Cifaldi already did a good article about it on 1up recently, but I think the game deserves some more recognition . Here's the article: www.1up.com/do/blogEntry?bId=9008647#comments Oh, that and Cobra Space Adventure for Sega CD. It's not quite the quality of Snatcher. But they play almost the same.
