Rex Nebular is on its way to your mailbox. Now let's see if I can finally beat those Spellcasting games...

OK! College is over for now! I'll get immediately to working on some more of the article on Last Crusade/Fate of Atlantis, though I'm already forgetting about what else I wanted to work on besides Zak McKracken... which I'm not sure that I want to do now. I dunno.

Random question: Has anyone played the "Nikopol" adventure game for PC? It's based on the Bilal/Jodorosky comics (the Nikopol Trilogy), which were also the origin of Chess Boxing, and a really bad movie ("The Immortal"). I was interested to see what people thought of that one...

I should probably call dibs on Gateway here.

I should probably call dibs on Gateway here. You will not regret it. Both Gateway games are magnificent, and very well written to boot.

I haven't played any of Legend's text adventures other than Eric the Unready, but I've love to read about the Homeworld games. Derboo professed interesting in the Spellcasting series...maybe I'll give Timequest a shot? I still have Mission Critical and The Blackwood Chronicles to go through.
I'm finishing up an article on Discworld now. I'm surprised how much I REALLY dig the third game, Discworld Noir. Such a huge change in two from the first two goofy, cartoony games, but extremely well done nonetheless.
I'm half teetering between Inherit the Earth (that furry game) and Noctropolis (spiritual successor to Martian Memorandum) at the moment, between the FFXIII/Bioshock/Mass Effect playing.

Derboo professed interesting in the Spellcasting series... I'm not dead set on doing them, though. My current schedule is first Arkania (almost done), then Korea part 1 (will take at least 2 months more), and I would only really begin with Spellcasting after that.

Unless OT takes over too hard, The Dig SHOULD be done by the end of the month.
