I think Muscle March needs a mention. I keep it on my Wii menu just to freak out drunk friends on occasion.
The music is insane Japanese nonsense, the characters seem like they are straight out of ChoAniki, and the controls are complete shit. Download at your own risk.
Here is a very disturbing advertisment, enjoy:

Kusoge or not, I do love Muscle March. Both its humor and soundtrack reminds me Katamari Damacy which I also love so much. My only complains for this game are: - Even for an arcade game it's too short and without extra modes. - The control could be more interactive. You should pose with the controllers just like the characters are posing. But instead you just raise up and down the controllers. And that's why it's getting boring after a few minutes. It would be an ideal game for Kinect or Eye Toy.
When it first came to Japan I said to myself "It's too japanese to be localised in USA and Europe" expecially since the producer was BandaiNamco. However, BandaiNamco made the huge surprise and localised it. Not only that, they made a great promotion with the trailer Lee posted.
Surely it's not your first choice for Wii but if you like bizarre japanese games to have laugh with your friends it's a must.
PS: Lee, I have freaked out my friends with this game without being drunk. Only a friend of mine likes this game because, just like me, he loves bizarre japanese games.

Woah, is Muscle March a Cho Aniki game? Guess I haven't been paying attention to Wii Ware releases.

Woah, is Muscle March a Cho Aniki game? Guess I haven't been paying attention to Wii Ware releases. No, it is not connected to Cho Aniki, but clearly there was heavy inspiration drawn from the series. It is based on a 2006 arcade game that never saw mass release. Here is the location test:

For some reason I had thought a long time ago of playing Muscle March. True story.
And the trailer is just amazingly awesome, I'd say it stacks up with the Serious Sam HD "infomercial" (PASGETTI!). And, coincidentally, the SSHD trailer made me want to play it the first time I saw it.
And the woman that plays Ms. March on the Muscle March trailer is hot. For me, at least.

I don't know if A Boy and His Blob count as kusoge, but I was a big fan of the NES game and its Gameboy sequel. Most of my friends at the time didn't care for the graphics and pretty much didn't know what you had to do in the games, but I thought they were pretty creative for the time. Haven't played the new one yet though.
Also, I didn't think Deadly Towers was all that terrible.

This is a bit of a necropost, but I don't see any other fitting thread for my comment.
So, I've just finished Usturun desu. and I'm a bit surprised it was actually reviewed as a kusoge on the HG101 website. I tried it and found out it was actually playable and even decent. Sure, it's an inconsequential game overall but its unique humor make up for it and, in the end, it's a short but funny gaming experience. It's not the best platformer of the system by any means but it does have its charms.
The reason I think it was thought of as a kusoge is probably because most people didn't know Kawauso-kun has more than his lame punch attack. If you press down B, your attacks start to roll, and you can pick some powerful ones (the flame and the demon). It actually makes the game rather easy safe for a few boss battles.
I'd definetely recommend the game if someone was looking for an off-beat platformer.

I would say GirlTalk: The PC Game. Me and my brother laughed very hard at putting pores on the girl's eyes and mouth.
