www.hardcoregaming101.net/knucklebash/knucklebash.htmThis is fairly short article because there's not a lot to say about it - it's a pretty mediocre Final Fight clone, it just happens to be thoroughly ridiculous. For characters, there's an Elvis impersonator, a luchadore and an American football player, after all.

Luchadore? Don't you mean, Luchador?
Luchadore doesn't exist, unless you are eating the "S" from the plural Luchadores. Which in that case, it doesn't exist either.

Sure, it exists a dialect known only as Gringo Spanish!

As in, the mistake is commonly accepted because it's so prevalent in languages that aren't Spanish, apparently. =P

Yeah, that. It was a bad joke! It's fixed in the article though, thanks!

Speaking of mistakes, "Kyaputeso" is a mistranslation. As can be gleaned from Japanese sources such as this and this, it's supposed to be "Captain" (" kyaputen", or キャプテン). It seems to have resulted from the common error of mistaking the katakana "n" character (ン) for "so" (ソ), and then not checking to see if the transliteration made sense.

There are weird non-full stop punctation typos in the article, examples:
Michael Sobutfs special move [...] gRock and Roll!h
Jack Brow is the fastest initial character and looks a lot like Street Fighterfs Guile
You unlock Mr. Hayate by defeating the gDestroy The Bull Grouph mission
And so on.

I've tried this game yesterday, while the Final Fight influence is clear I'd say it's more of a Pit Fighter - styled game, also the gameplay is simple but not so simple, there's a nice range of moves and you can even block by keeping the attack button pushed. IMHO more interesting than the standard run-of-the-mill Final Fight clone.

How does it compare to these: Burning Fight = Feels pretty darn close. Even the name is similar to "Final Fight". Night Slashers = Good Data East quality beat 'em up, especially for Halloween. Nekketsu Oyako = Saturn is praised more than the PS1 version, except the PS1 version has better final stage music IMO. As for gameplay, I think the Saturn version has more content, but movesets feel small. Too bad neither version has their own soundtracks. Legionnaire = Pretty basic other than dash attacks. Big Fight: Big Trouble in the Atlantic Ocean = Similar to Legionnaire, but with route selections, get-up charge attacks and a fighting game mode. Like Burning Fight, Big Fight's title is also similar to "Final Fight". There's others, but I think these seem the most similar.
