Edited my list with a more reliable 9 and 10. I forgot all about Solstice and Goonies II, but both are absolutely, positively among my favorite games of all time.
I'm pretty comfortable saying that that's my final list now.

I don't think I can number them. But these are the ten games that come to my mind when I think of my favourites.
- Uncharted 2
- Super Smash Bros. Melee. It was a close one between this and Brawl, but I have too many memories associated with Melee to leave it off the list.
- The World Ends With You
- Viewtiful Joe
- F-Zero GX
- Sly Cooper 2
- Halo 3. Mostly for the hilarious multiplayer memories with my brothers (warthog with flag and gunner + giant man cannon in avalanche + enemy hornet = me laughing so fucking hard i couldn't breathe), but I also thought the campaign was kinda poignant, too, which is baffling because I played about 5 minutes total of Halo 2.
- Shadow Of The Colossus. I haven't played it in a while and the second time around wasn't nearly as much fun, but the first time I played it, it was like nothing else I'd ever seen.
- Super Metroid. No, wait, Metroid Prime.
- The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. Sometimes I consider Twilight Princess, and sometimes Ocarina for the good feelings alone, but WW left the strongest impression on me. I was 10 when it came out, I think. Good times.
I'm sure that there's plenty that I completely forgot, or on another day I'd put on the list (like DMC 3, or Mercenaries for PS2, or Everything or Nothing, or Half Life 2 or Contra 3 or Megaman X or yadda yadda), but as of this moment this is it.

I can't even build a proper top 10 list for a single platform let alone of all time. Even defining my 10 favorite first person shooters would be difficult. I'd have to limit it down to 10 favorite first person shooters with no RPG elements, 10 favorite first person action/RPGs, 10 favorite 2.5d shooters...
Man, just building a final list to rack and stack out of those for all time favorites would take a while.

For the sake of not listing a bunch of games in the same series, I'll throw together a list that only allows my favorites in my favorite series. And I'm not going to be assed to put the games in order either, haha.
Star Ocean: The Second Story Valkyrie Profile Tail Concerto Wonder Project J2 Super Mario All-Stars (if it's all on one cart/disc, it counts :P ) Chrono Trigger Donkey Kong Country 2 Monster World IV Castlevania IV (although this is a tough call because I love almost all of the classic Castlevania games)
Dang, filling the last spot is hard. It could go to Dragon Spirit, Pop'n TwinBee, Kirby Super Star, Super Mario RPG, Lufia II, Goemon's Great Adventure, F-Zero X, and so many other games that I dearly love.
So to be an oddball, I'm gonna go with Marvelous: Mouhitotsu no Takarajima.
