This was passed up: Bruce Lee's famous pose from Enter the Dragon being used during the startup screen of the Amistrad port of Bad Dudes/Dragon Ninja. It's probably in a lot of other covers and game art.

I think I've found the photo that was used for Silent Dragon/Gang Wars.

Sean Connery in Wizap! The shopkeepers in Dark Law might also be worth checking out eventually too.

Nice finds. The only question remaining is: who got traced the most, Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan?

Another appearance of the Sister Street Fighter female kick, this time on the Game Gear port of Shinobi. Check out the green ninja on the bottom. Even the guy getting kicked in the face has been copied. Quite likely the other poses on the cover are copies too. The SNK quiz game Quiz Daisōsa Sen: The Last Count Down seems to be filled with real life people as well. Michael J Fox. Jack Nicholson Bates Motel. Mike Tyson Bruce Willis Doc Brown Hitchcock William Sadler in Die Hard 2 Possible Jackie Chan Here are some more that aren't identified yet as well. Last one is wearing Bruce Lee's famous Game of Death outfit. Could it be him?

Two more of Vitruvian Man: Vaxine: Policenauts: [edit]-------- The guy in this picture, from the article, is from a Boris Vallejo picture: and this one might be from that as well (or not): a "King of the Mountain" in Getsu Fūma Den

As for "Cowboys & Indians" theme: The Native American guy looks like Winnetou. I don't recognize the other guy but he was likely traced as well. Tom Selleck maybe?

In Saint's Row: The Third, in Kinzie's hideout, the newspapers have the female zombie concept art from Resident Evil 2:

I think I may have figured out one of the Murder on the Atlantic portraits. Professor Philip Angus Mortimer from the Belgian comic book series 'Blake and Mortimer'. This seems to be the exact drawing they based the portrait on (note how the pixels match the top of his hair). Interestingly, this is the second Belgian comic book series to be used in this game (Captain Haddock from Tintin). Could the responsible artist have had an issue of Tintin magazine lying around?

Awesome! Someone actually had hinted me towards Blake and Mortimer in an email very recently, but I wasn't able to find the exact image.

The woman above him looks like Annie Lennox in sunglasses. On a side note, that game looks really weird. I just reread the article and by far, the most disturbing of the images in it is the modified Reese Witherspoon from Dance Dance Revolution. WTH.

Another Norseman in Dark Seraphim: Others in Dark Seraphim: Frazetta and First Queen: Frazetta and Duel: ...I'm betting the rest are also traced.
